• Dry-wall and tiling is finished on the main floor

    Sorry no pics in this post. We stopped by the house and walked right up to the windows and peeped in. All the tiling in the front foyer and the kitchen is done. :) They’ve also painted the drywall throughout the house.

    The exterior is almost done, with exception to the electrical fixtures. From the pictures, it looks like upper railings on the balcony are the only thing left to install.

    The front siding is almost fully installed. The area around the crescent window, the eavestrough, and various flashings are the only things left. The garage has been fully dry-walled, which is great. :)

    Drove by, and some guy was on the roof over the porch. He was installing the aluminum flashings that go around the crescent/vaulted window. They also shingled the roof over the porch.

    Whoa! I was surprised to see that the first floor was fully dry-walled. They finished the siding on the south side, but they haven’t started on any other area of the house yet.

    The shingles have been installed on the roof, and they have started to fill in the concrete bricks with limestone and sand on the upper porch.
