I bought a LCD wall mount bracket off ebay about a month ago (fairly cheap, only $50 shipped) and I finally got around to installing it. The quality was very good – I was surprised because of the price I paid for it.
The biggest hurdle was positioning the LCD mount so it was centered, and once that was done the next task was locating studs to screw in the lag bolts. You need to hit at least two (2) studs to hold the weight of the LCD TV.
Overall, this was a pretty straight forward installation. However, like most projects, … measure three times and cut once.
